A West Union woman has been arrested for several Northeast Iowa burglaries.
On Wednesday (Sept. 7), the Fayette County Sheriff searched a home in West Union, and recovered items reported stolen in recent break-in's.

59 year old Wanda Lee Teidt was then taken into custody on charges of 2 counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree, 2 counts of Criminal Trespassing, and 2 counts of Theft in the 4th Degree.

After being arrested, Teidt reportedly admitted to investigators to the burglaries; she was released later in the day to Pre-Trial Services, by the courts.
