Investigators are trying to find out what started an apartment fire near the University of Northern Iowa campus in Cedar Falls Monday night (Feb. 29, 2016).

Crews were called to the College Hill neighborhood around 7:30 p.m. to extinguish a blaze that broke out in the attack of a two-story structure, located in the 2000 block of College St. Firefighters spent about two hours at the scene.

According to Cedar Falls fire officials, damage was confined to the attack area.

Some residents were home when the fire broke out and had to evacuate the building. No injuries were reported.
