The planned sanitary sewer work for today along Ansborough Avenue has been pushed back one day. The road will be reduced to two lanes.

The City of Waterloo updated the work time table due to late shipment of pipe lining materials. The southbound lanes of Ansborough Avenue (from Hartman Avenue to University Avenue) will now be closed for sanitary sewer work starting at noon on Tuesday, August 29th. The original plan had the reduce lanes of traffic beginning on Monday.

Single lane, opposing traffic will be in place in the two northbound lanes of Ansborough. Traffic control signage south of University Avenue will channel northbound Ansborough to a single lane for right turn and through traffic.

The dedicated left turn lane to westbound University Avenue will remain open. Work will be completed by 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.
