Another Car vs Deer Accident in NE Iowa

A Randalia man escaped injury, but his vehicle was damaged, after striking a deer in rural Fayette County.

The accident happened just before 8pm Saturday, just northwest of Maynard.

An suv driven by 25 year old Justin Steege collided with a deer when the animal walked onto the road. No injuries were reported, but there was $3,500 damage to his vehicle.
