And The Number One Google Searched Job In Iowa Is…?

Career website Zippia recently analyzed Google searches to figure out what job the people in each state searched for more than anywhere else. Georgia's top search was the funniest with "stripper jobs" at the top of their list.

Many other states basically fell in line with their stereotypes. The top search in Minnesota was "lumberjack" and Wisconsin was "beer brewer". North Carolina was "pirate jobs", which SHOULD be hilarious except that East Carolina University's mascot is the Pirates....so it's probably just people looking for work there.

Iowa's top Google search for most searched job was wrestling. We're assuming coaching jobs.

Although Iowa's choice might be a bit surprising for most of the nation, it's not that surprising for those of us that grew up in the Hawkeye state. Wrestling to Iowans is like football to Texans.
