3 Black Hawk County residents were arrested Wednesday after a search warrant was executed in Waterloo.

Black Hawk County Sheriff's Deputies were given information of possible illegal drug activity at 502 Mobile St. in Waterloo on Wednesday.  After investigating the claim, the Sheriff's office applied for and was granted a search warrant for that property.

During the execution of the search warrant, Sheriff Deputies located a Methamphetamine lab in the basement as well as a small child in the residence.  The Tri-County Drug Task Force was notified, resulting in the arrest of 3 residents at the home.

Donald Keith Mintey, 40 years old.  Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine and Child Endangerment.
