22nd Annual Under the Harvest Moon for Hartman Reserve

Hartman Reserve and Friends of Hartman Reserve will be hosting the 22nd annual 'Under the Harvest Moon' to raise funds for Hartman Reserve.

The Friends of Hartman Reserve will host its 22nd annual Under the Harvest Moon benefit dinner and auction on November 3 at the Rotary Reserve Lodge in Cedar Falls. Advance reservations are required for this popular event. Social hour will begin at 6:00 PM with appetizers and complimentary beverages, including wine from Hollen Family Wines and coffee from Cup of Joe. Live music will be provided by Bruce Bearinger, and Moment In Thyme will cater the event.

Live and silent auctions will feature contributions and hand-crafted items from area artists and businesses. Donations and sponsorship for the event will be accepted through October 10. The number of seats for the event is limited. Reservations will be accepted through October 27 or until all seats are claimed. Cost is $45 per guest or $320 for a table of eight. Reservations can be made by calling at (319) 277-2187 or stop by Hartman staff's temporary location at Black Hawk County Conservation Administrative Offices, 1346 W. Airline Hwy. in Waterloo. All proceeds support environmental education programs for all ages and stewardship of Hartman’s natural resources.
