Public Works officials in Cedar Falls are spending the day removing snow from city streets. A snow emergency is currently in effect for the city through early this evening (Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2016).

Residents on posted emergency snow routes are asked to move their vehicles off these routes until after the snow emergency has been lifted at 8 p.m. Vehicles in violation will be ticketed at $25 and possibly towed at owner expense.
